Zevi Rosenzweig
Zevi Rosenzweig was called to the bar in 2003. From his articling days until leaving his full-time law practice to develop Zed Mediations Inc., Zevi practiced almost exclusively in an insurance defence practice with exposure to tort claims, accident benefit claims, priority disputes, LTD claims and property claims. When not in a conflict, he dabbled in some plaintiff side personal injury claims. Zevi juniored for one of the city’s reknowned mediators and knew early on in his career that he wanted to mediate once he gained enough experience and a reputation in the field of insurance law. He enjoys working to serve others and sees this not only as a religious duty but a good principle by which to live. Zevi credits his early success at mediating to his friendly and warm personality and his ability to create a rapport with all parties early on in the mediation. When not mediating, Zevi plays the role of Dad to his five boys. On a nightly basis, he can be found at various hockey arenas around the city; sometimes behind the bench and sometimes as a spectator. He even gets to play hockey himself once in a while. Zevi enjoys rocking out with the “Shul of Rock” as their lead singer and singing in the BAYT Synagogue Choir. In the fall, Zevi dons the teal and orange as he cheers on his beloved Miami Dolphins. Zevi enjoys working closely with his beautiful wife Aura who acts as his part-time booking co-ordinator and administrative assistant.

Michael Gray
Mike joined Zed Mediations in 2020 as a Mediator. He graduated from Brock University with an Honours Bachelor of Sports Management (2008) degree. Mike subsequently graduated from Bond University’s Faculty of Law with his Juris Doctor (2011). He completed his articles at a boutique civil litigation firm in Toronto, following which he was called to the Ontario Bar in January 2013. He continues to practice civil litigation at a boutique personal injury firm in Toronto, in the areas of motor vehicle accidents and accident benefits, slip and falls, civil assaults, property damage, and long-term disability claims. Mike has also completed the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Workshop (2019) and Advanced ADR Workshop (2020) from Stitt Feld Handy Group, in affiliation with Faculty of Law, University of Windsor.
In addition to his law practice, Mike founded and operates a sports agency, representing professional and amateur athletes. In addition to running day-to-day operation of the agency, his responsibilities include scouting, recruitment, client management, and contract negotiation.
In Mike’s free time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends. He loves travelling and has visited countries in five continents. Mike has participated in some extreme activities including skydiving, white water rafting, black water rafting, glacier trekking, and shark diving. He is a PADI certified scuba diver and has completed over 20 dives to date, including in Australia, Hawaii, South Korea, Jamaica, St. Maarten, Honduras, and Mexico. Mike plays ice hockey weekly, baseball seasonally, and beach volleyball whenever he can find some sand. He is also a drummer and has been playing for over 20 years.
